@pimbubear : Yummy crispy cheese omelette for breakfast! Very quick, easy and CRUNCHY 🍳 ❤️ INGREDIENTS - Egg - Cheese (of your choice) - Chives - Bacon - Mushrooms HOW TO 1. Fry chopped mushrooms & bacon + a strip of bacon in pan. Then set aside. 2. Add butter to pan and then add your cheese to one side. Let it sizzle for 1-2 minutes until the sides start to turn a little golden. 3. Add your egg mix with chopped chives to the pan and spread evenly. Dont forget to season your egg. (I forgot) 🥺 4. Add your mushroom , chopped bacon and bacon strip to the omelette. Let the omelette and cheese cook for about 2 minutes. 5. Start to roll your omelette leaving the cheese to the last roll. You want to almost burn your cheese to get that crispy crusty texture, it will also be easier to remove from the pan. 6. Garnish with herbs of your choice. Eat straight away! #crispycheese #omelette #breakfast #bubearmunchies
