@pimbubear : Thai vegetable fried rice topped with a delightful fried egg 😍 An easy gluten free meal for lunch or dinner. This hearty meal works best with cold leftover rice and any leftovers you may have in the fridge. Just thrown em in! Super easy to make , i love making this with my friends on a movie night in or even after drinking. Also works great as hangover food 😂🥰 @james_tanatit makes the best!!!! Give it a gooooo 😘 INGREDIENTS - Oyster sauce 3-4 table spoons - soy sauce / light soy sauce 2tbsp - fish sauce (optional) dash - sugar 1/2 tsp - cold rice / leftover rice 3-4 cups - onion x 1 - tomatoes x 2 - spring onion x 2 - eggs - coriander (garnish) - chilli (garnish ) - spring onion (garnish) - Fried onion/shallots (garnish) - red chilli flakes (garnish) -white pepper (seasoning) - vegetable oil METHOD 1. Prep & Chop all your vegetables and herbs 2. Place 2 pans , 1 fry pan and 1 wok, on high heat. Fry pan is for your fried eggs and wok is for the rice. 3. On high heat add a few teaspoons of vegetable oil to the wok. 4. Add the garlic , onions and tomatoes to the wok and stir fryyyy 😍 5. Next add your cold rice. 6. Meanwhile oil up your frying pan and add your egg/s. 7. Add your oyster sauce , soy sauce , sugar and fish sauce (optional) to the wok. Stir well. 8. Lastly add 2/3 of your spring onions. 9. Mix up and plate up!! 10. Place fried egg onto rice and garnish with coriander , spring onions , chilli etc... enjoy!
