And, on the coldest days of winter or hottest dog days of summer. You immune will getting weak now. . Stepping out in the natural light is one of the major contributors to the production of Vitamin D in our body. Vitamin D is essential for healthy functioning of the immune system as it helps the body to produce antibodies. A brisk walk in the sunlight for 10–15 minutes will ensure that enough Vitamin D is produced in the body. . The sun’s UV rays help your body make this nutrient, which is important for your bones, blood cells, immune system by makes T cells move faster . “T cells, whether they are helper or killer, need to move to do their work, which is to get to the site of an infection and orchestrate a response” Sunlight directly activates key immune cells by increasing their movement.” . When you think of the sun, your first thought might be about the damage it can do. But small amounts, especially early in the day before it’s at its brightest,is good for your immune. .
