@natsakdatorn : หมั่นคอยสังเกตอารมณ์ ความคิด คำพูด และการกระทำของตัวเองกันดีๆ นะครับ เดี๋ยวนี้มีเรื่องมากมายมากระทบเราได้ทุกวัน ทั้งในชีวิตจริงและโลกออนไลน์ มันไม่แปลกหรอกที่เราจะรู้สึกแย่กับเรื่องนั้นเรื่องนี้บ้าง ก็มนุษย์ธรรมดาคนนึงนี่เนอะ แต่ลองสังเกตดีๆ นะ ยิ่งเราเลือกที่จะระบายความคิดความรู้สึกออกไปในรูปแบบของพลังลบต่างๆ มากเท่าไร เราก็จะยิ่งดึงดูดสิ่งเหล่านั้นกลับมาหาตัวเราเองมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ รุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ วนลูปไป สุดท้ายคนที่จะรู้สึกแย่ยิ่งกว่าเดิมคือใคร? ใช่ครับ ก็ตัวเราเองนั่นแหละ. .
