@natsakdatorn : ในวัยครบ 100 ปีบริบูรณ์ ความสุขง่ายๆ ของยายคือ แค่ได้ออกมานั่งกินข้าวอร่อยๆ ดูดอกไม้สวยๆ นั่งฟังคนอื่นคุยกัน พอกลับบ้านไปก็ลืมแล้วว่าวันนี้ทำอะไรไปบ้าง อยู่กับปัจจุบันในแต่ละนาที แต่ละชั่วโมง เท่านั้นจริงๆ--นั่นแหละความสุข ☺️ . My 100-year-old grandma has shown me that happiness is simple. It's just being able to eat some good food, look at some pretty flowers, and listen to people enjoy their conversations. At the end of each day, she would have already forgotten what she did earlier that day. Just simply being in the present and living by each moment--that's how we can be happy. :)
