@faunglada : French cuisine in Japan... is not quite a good idea (for me)😅 . The ingredients are great, the service was excellent but it took us too long for the meal and we couldn’t enjoy the chef’s food preparation experience like when with omakase sushi and we got a bit bored. . Plus, it was my first time having venison (deer meat เนื้อกวาง😭) after so many plates of wild autumn veggie dishes (which were also good, juicy, sweet, but i’d rather have sth easier to understand lol— it might be my own fault) . This is my second time trying French in Japan following the Michelin guide (this one got 🌟🌟) . It’s suitable for someone who really enjoy western food and have plenty of time to kill here (it took us around 3 hours for the meal—both the first and the second time) .
