@jpreem : Compound exercises are the most difficult for me, got a leg cramp while doing this and had to kick my leg out quickly to reset and finish the exercise. But loved the challenge😉 เวลาที่ sequence มีหลายๆท่าต่อกันต้องใช้เเรงมากกว่าปกติและสติมากกว่าปกติด้วย เซ็ทที่สองพรีมเป็นตะคริวขาข้างขวา แต่ด้วยความที่รู้ว่าไปต่อไหวเลยรีบสะบัดตั้งท่าใหม่และเล่นต่อจนจบ เจอแบบนี้ก็ตื่นเต้น (กลัวหน้าคว่ำเหมือนกัน) และท้าทายดี
