@marialynnehren : I promise to be more careful with my own consumption, and pick up after other people’s ^%#*. Will you? #YouAreWhatYouTrash “Change doesn’t happen over night” - I think it has to. I know I’m doing the #TrashMeChallenge... but the ocean isn’t... How are companies still allowed to produce this %#^*? How is trash still allowed to be dumped irresponsibly? Whats even considered responsible here? How are policies to prevent this not in place yet? How is there not enough support from governments for green/eco friendly/truly sustainable production? Would that even be enough? The beach will never be the same if change doesn’t happen now. I’m sure all of us who has been to the beach these past few years have experienced this. Not to mention the canals...😢 #Thailand #ItIsAllOfOurProblem #ItIsAllOfOurBusiness #ItIsOurHome 📸 this was after approximately 10 minutes of walking on the beach. Tried my best not to cry. It’s really too much - the trash on our planet. Please, let’s do something about this together 💚
