@koendanai : ช่วงนี้หมวยไม่ได้ไปไหนเลยนะคะ เลยแต่งตัวWFHอยู่บ้านไปก่อนค่ะ หลายๆคนที่เขื่อนรู้จักมักถามเขื่อนว่าจะแต่งตัวไปไหน เขื่อนจะคอยตอบตลอดว่า "เขื่อนไม่ได้ไปไหนครับ เขื่อนแต่งตัวอยู่บ้าน เขื่อนแต่งตัวเพื่อตัวเอง แต่งเพราะเขื่อนอยากแต่งไม่ได้แต่งให้คนอื่น" เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าเพื่อนๆอยู่บ้านอยากแต่งตัวไปซื้อของหน้าปากซอย หรือไปซื้อก๋วยเตี๋ยว หรือ อยากแต่งแล้วลบออกเพราะสบายใจ เอาเลยค่ะ เขื่อนซับพอร์ต มนุษย์แต่ละคนมีวิธี self-care ต่างกัน เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าทำแล้วสบายใจตัวเราไม่ได้ไปเบียดเบียดใคร ก็เต็มที่เลยนะคะ เป็นกำลังใจกับพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้ทุกๆคนนะคะ❤️🦋🏳️🌈 I have been working from home most of the time; lately, I've been questioned why am I dressed up for or where am I going? I often gently reply, "I am not going anywhere, actually I am dressed with full make-up on to be home because it makes me happy. I am dressed for myself and not to please anyone, thank you". I struggle with these concepts of having to reach the expectations of others to fit what they expect of you (especially when I am home, in my safest place). So, I encourage you! Do what you want where what you like. Self-care is different to everyone, and no humans are the same. So if you're going to wear full-on make-up to wash it away, GO FOR IT! I support you; it feels incredible!
