@metinee : We had such a lovely stay at #staywellbeingresort 2 days full of fitness classes in their 24 hrs funky gym @stayfit_phuket with an excellent trainer that showed us how to work muscles we never knew existed 😊 unfortunately we didn't make it to yoga. next time.....! The onzen is absolutely a must. whether its the public one or private, both have an ice room, sauna and steam room and don't forget to take a dip in their freezing cold pool 🥶 The spa treatments a relaxing scrub and massage with products from Thai brand @panpuriofficial makes this relaxing time extra special @lespa_phuket Food!!! All I can say is yummy in my tummy! For real! Don't know hoe people can come and stay and not gain weight!!! @frescaphuket over all "I'll be back for sure!" and now to our next destination.....
