@chunuonsee16 : This April 22nd is the 50th anniversary of World Earth Day. I don’t think i need to tell most of you that our impact on our planet hasn’t been the greatest. It’s more important than ever for us to do what we can to save what’s left of our Earth. Studies have shown that the meat industry has a massive negative impact on our planet and heavily contributes to global warming. I’m not asking you to go vegan or vegetarian, because I’m not either. However, I make a conscious effort to swap out as many meals as possible each week to be meat free, plant protein based. This shift is little but mighty. With this small change from everyone, we can make a huge positive shift in the future of our planet. Join me in going #PlantForward 🌱🌏🙏🏼💕 #GreenMonday #EarthMonth
