@chunuonsee16 : So I shot this workout for you guys during quarantine then my phone died on me and coming out of quarantine I finally got a new one and was able to recover the video and edit SO while this workout video references quarantine (which some of you are still living through) it’s actually just a great anytime, anywhere workout that centers around using resistance bands (hence the name 😉). The workout is only 10 minutes long so you can’t use the “I don’t have time” excuse and bands take up very little room/ the moves take up very little room so you also can’t use the “I don’t have space” excuse. This is a full body workout that you can adjust according to your fitness level. I usually use my medium and heavy loop bands and do the whole circuit 3 times. Each move is 30 seconds with a 15 seconds break in between. Standing side leg raise Standing side leg raise Standing back leg raise (this 30 sec interval is divided in half for each leg) Banded bridge V stretch Double band crunch Triceps Triceps Row Row Banded plank leg lift hold (this 30 sec interval is divided in half for each side) Knee up Knee up Squat side step
