@myramolloy : Today was my last day in Saigon. 14 months, almost 400 shows, and approximately 100 shows as Kim. What a whirlwind it’s been. 15 year old me would’ve never imagined this. Honestly, 20 year old me had no idea what she was getting herself into. The most transformative and incredible experience/opportunity/year of my life. Holy *insert expletive* (tryna keep it pg even though I’m crying my face off). I’ve made friends/family for life, I’ve pushed my body to its limits, I’ve grown in ways I couldn’t have fathomed, I’ve seen 26 different cities in the states, ate so much cake, drove over 100 miles in one day (trust me this is an achievement guys), and I could continue this list forever. But most importantly, I got to be in a show I dreamed about being in ever since I stepped foot into that audition room at 15. Thank you to all my friends who came out to see me on tour. Thank you to everyone in the creative team who had faith in me and trusted me as Kim(berly) to share her story. My Saigon family, I love you so freaking much. Truly, you have made this experience so special. I can’t put into words how grateful I am, thank you isn’t enough. Break legs on the rest of tour, everyone. I’ll be there in spirit.
