@jidapilates : The taste is better thank its look 👀 seriously!!!! I sprayed some olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper...oven baked at 160c for 4mins then reduced to 150 or for almost 10 mins. And the crispy kale will be just ready to eat....! This can get rid of the greeny smell that most people don’t like. By the way, this is Dinosaur kale.... and some leaves are thicker they are supposed to be the oven 5 mins longer. If u do it correctly, this snack tastes like seaweed!!!! ❤️ this is a must for me because I’ve always wanted to boost my iron level. #jidanutritiongeek
