@chunuonsee16 : Alright HomieLoverFriends! You guys asked for an ab workout so here it is- 10 quick minutes (that may feel like forever when you’re working through it!). Super effective, easy moves that again require no equipment so you’ve got 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬! Plus it’s only 10 minutes- I 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 you can spare that for your daily workout. Do each move for 30 seconds then rest for 10-15 seconds. You can do this set multiple times or just add it to your daily workout like I do. I designed this workout to flow from different focuses of the abs, alternating between upper, lower, and obliques so you shouldn’t hate me for focusing one one part of your ab back to back 😉 Don’t forget that abs aren’t just made in the gym but in the kitchen as well. I don’t recommend dieting (I don’t recommend things I don’t do/ use/ believe in myself) unless advised by a doctor and I’m not a health care expert but I do know that if you dedicate time towards your health & wellness in whatever capacity 𝕗𝕖𝕖𝕝𝕤 𝕣𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕘𝕠𝕠𝕕 to 𝗬𝗢𝗨, you will be healthier & your body will reflect that. That being said, 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 body is different and 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 body is beautiful in its uniqueness. I form muscle quicker than some women and slower than others. But I put effort in every day to stay active and eat a balanced diet.
