@mykanyachat : Dear daddy, . Today, last year I sat with you on the last day of your life. I swear, it was the worst day of my life. . 365 days that you’ve been gone. 365 days yet somehow it feels like just yesterday. 365 days to heal, to question, to sometimes become bitter, to face the reality that you’re gone, to know that you won’t be here anymore. I wish you could stay with me until 100 years, I wish you could walk down the aisle with me at my wedding and I wish you could have a chance to be a lovely grandpa. To be a family again :( . I wish I could have one more chance to see you dad. One more chance to hug you really tight and tell you how much I love you. I tried each day to live my life more and more like yours, to go out of my way to love and care for people in the selfless way that you always did. To forgive people without ever getting an apology, to pray for people when it is the hardest thing to do. . I know you never wanted to leave our family, but I know it wasn’t your fault.
